Refund Policy

1. Before the Course Starts

If you decide to cancel before your Round begins, the refund amount depends on how many days remain before the start date:

2. After the Course Starts

• First week of the course: Refund of the subscription minus only the lectures you attended: one lecture, one lecture's value is deducted; two lectures, two — in an 8-lecture course that usually equals 25% of the amount.
• After the first week: No refund is permitted for any reason.

3. Special Cases

• Deferral to a later Round: Available once per student, provided the request is submitted at least 7 days before the Round starts.
• Round cancellation by LUMINA: 100% refund, or automatic transfer to the next available Round at the student's preference.
• Emergency circumstances (medical / family): Each case is reviewed individually by the academy administration.

4. Refund Request Process

2. Submit a formal request including: full name, registered WhatsApp number, course name, reason for cancellation, and payment date.
3. The academy administration reviews your request within 48 business hours.
4. The refund is processed within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method (InstaPay / Vodafone Cash / bank transfer).
