Refund Policy

1. Before the Course Starts
If you decide to cancel before your Round begins, the refund amount depends on how many days remain before the start date:

| 10 to 14 days before start | 90% |
| 7 to 9 days before start | 85% |
| Less than 7 days before start | 75% |
2. After the Course Starts
- First week of the course: 75% refund (25% deducted to cover the sessions you attended).
- After the first week: No refund is permitted for any reason.
3. Special Cases
- Deferral to a later Round: Available once per student, provided the request is submitted at least 7 days before the Round starts.
- Round cancellation by LUMINA: 100% refund, or automatic transfer to the next available Round at the student's preference.
- Emergency circumstances (medical / family): Each case is reviewed individually by the academy administration.
4. Refund Request Process

- Submit a formal request including: full name, registered WhatsApp number, course name, reason for cancellation, and payment date.
- The academy administration reviews your request within 48 business hours.
- The refund is processed within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method (InstaPay / Vodafone Cash / bank transfer).
